Over the past several weeks I have been receiving a number of requests for an expanded explanation of exactly what “Spiritual Core Theory” is all about.  While it is a little difficult to explain the Theory in a single blog posting, I will attempt to give everyone a more solid understanding of what is at the heart of the teachings.

In a nutshell, Spiritual Core Theory is based on the innate* understanding of the “inside-out” nature of life at the core of your consciousness.  What we are made of at our essential level.  These core states include: peace, confidence, happiness and love.  The Theory found its roots in the twin Christian teachings of “The Kingdom of Heaven is Within You” and “Greater is He that is within me than he that is within the world”.

Spiritual Core Theory is designed to guide us away from Worldly “outside-in” thinking and towards the core states of “inside-out” Kingdom of God thinking (that cannot be threatened by external factors).

From early childhood we are habituated into Worldly thinking which tends to be about our circumstances (i.e If only I had __________ I would be happy) and we get fooled into believing that the World is all that there is.  Since we can experience the world directly through our five senses we ultimately take these thoughts to be absolutely true.  Spiritual Core Theory takes the stand that material success, on whatever level, does not produce the profound and fulfilling experiences in life that we truly seek.

  • You are not the dream.  You are what is creating the dream.
  • You are not your thoughts.  You are who is creating your thoughts.

SunsetTruly profound experiences come from a state of Spiritual Flow that is brought about when your mind is at peace.  Peace is your mind’s natural state.  A mind at peace creates our best performances were you are free to give it your all, independent of the chaos present in the outside world.  Personal qualities such as intuition, resilience, creativity, motivation and confidence are instinctively brought to the forefront.  A state of peace allows us to be present in the moment and have and enjoyable experience of life.  Peace and Spiritual Flow, however, are not something that you “do”, they are both something that you already have as innate understandings.  Several benefits that are experienced in Spiritual Flow are:

  • improved relationships
  • reduced stress levels
  • more passion for life
  • increased engagement with life

Spiritual Core theory takes you on a journey towards this state of peace and the experience of Spiritual Flow as a way of being and experiencing life.

*Innate = qualities that a person is born with that come directly from the mind rather than acquired by experience.
